All art forms involve process. None more so than sculpture, and in
particular bronze. As a professional artist I know that I am only as
good as the finished work is in terms of my audience. My clients expect,
deserve, and receive the highest quality designs I can create. So it
would be ill advised for me to use a foundry that cared less about my
work than I do.
Over the years I have spent learning my craft, I’ve received
an education in every step of the bronze creating process. And though

maker and wax chaser, through the pour, the welding and chasing of the
casting, and culminating with the patina, my work just can’t be

Not every artist’s work requires the painstaking attention to

and backyard operations that are on the cheap so to speak. But I certainly
